Hello and welcome!

I am Heather Patrick, a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist. My passion is to help others improve their life. Therapy is not about finding what is wrong, but about finding what is right and improving it.

I have been helping clients for three years now, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I am certified in the Prepare-Enrich program, which is designed for individuals preparing for marriage and those seeking to enhance their existing relationships. In therapy, I use emotionally focused therapy, and I also specialize in trauma.

I am a great listener, easy to talk to, and there is no judgment from me. Everyone’s life is different; my job is only to help you find your path.

I work with individuals, families, and couples dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, self-harm, and anger management. I am working towards my master’s degree and am interning at Restoring Balance. I look forward to meeting you.
